THE REASON
The reason for the events that are all a part of PROJECT:
Education Outreach™ Chicago is to bring an entirely new
experience to not just the students at the schools, but he general
public as well. From the business perspective, every single person
on the street has some level of influence in the buying of products;
some more than others. The first and primary purpose is use OUR
own education to help educate others.
We start with kids, by educating
them and equipping them with great, new products, a ripple effect
is put into motion. As an example, a child plays a game at one
of our events and takes it home with him or her. Mom and Dad see
it, friends of the child see it, word begin to spread about this
new game. At the same time, the child is learning from this game
through interactive Play and is gaining a substantial stimulation
to essential developmental skills.
The child's parents see the improvement with their child in group interaction,
self-confidence, knowledge base, and more. The parents now share
this with their closest friends, (generally Mom2Mom Networking). In
our own clinical studies with a a variety of educational games
and products, we found that for every Mom who is impressed with
a toy or a game, she will share this with a minimum of 5 of her
closest friends, take it further to a Mommy blog, where the reach
from her comments about the product grow exponentially.
ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE
Another perspective to consider is the power of our hosting "Spontaneous
Hands-on Product Evaluations". This is yet another way to create
a "ripple effect". Consumers are educated on multiple
levels by one of these events. Potential buyers are given an opportunity
to get a hands-on experience with new games, toys, and consumer electronics,
and more.
After having an opportunity to play a game for instance. They may play for
an hour or more with that game at our event in a place they never expected
to see the product available.
Never fail, the participants in our events try
to buy the products from us right on the spot. At that point we "take
it away from them". They have had a taste of what it's like to play
that game or other product and want more of it...NOW! This creates a drive and momentum to influence
them to go to the nearest place available to buy that game they got so hooked
on.
LIKE AN ADDICTION
An even better example is with a baby sling carrier we recently inducted into
our product guide. All it took was our giving a woman the sling to keep.
That same day she was already on the phone telling all her friends about the "fashionable
new baby sling" and later that same day went to see a large group
of other mothers with newborns, still wearing the sling even when the baby
wasn't in it! |

Why would the Mom be motivated
to do this? The admiration and compliments from all of the other
Moms inquiring where she got it and where can THEY get one! In
a sense, this is similar to viral marketing approaches.
PROJECT: Education Outreach™ Chicago takes these perspectives
of business and applies them strongly in a city. In this case,
Chicago, just a few days before the CHITAG show at the Navy Pier
where some of the product we will be sharing with the schools
and the public will be available to the public for purchase.
A MULTI-PERSPECTIVE LOOK
AT EDUCATION
PROJECT: Education Outreach™ Chicago was designed to bring
people together for an experience of social and business interaction/education
like never seen before. At the schools where the games and other
products are donated, students learn from the educational games.
In some schools across the country, the games and other products
we donated, are now evaluated by the students as part of their
curriculum! In other schools, the products are used in after-school
programs.
The spontaneous setup of tables and products unexpectedly all
around Chicago provided another stimulation to buyers interests
and education. They learn of products that may never have a chance
to be picked up by the big store chains and discover how so many
of them eclipse the quality of many of the products you see in
those same chain stores.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Unlike most other "four wall" events/meetings,
PROJECT: Education Outreach™ Chicago will be making made its
mark in history in Chicago. Just imagine your company having been a
part of this experience. Whether as a sponsor or a participant
at one of our events!
