LAWSUIT!™ Is Found Guilty of Creativity, Imagination, and Just Plain Fun With Its Reception of The Toy Man® Seal of Approval

Los Angeles, CA (23 May, 2011) - In a recent major trial in Los Angeles, CA, the jury found the board game "LAWSUIT!™" guilty of creativity, imagination, and just plain fun! The jury felt that LAWSUIT!™, has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that it has what it takes to meet the tough evaluation standards to receive The Toy Man® Seal of Approval.

Of course the scenario of the board game "LAWSUIT!™ " being tried in court for being guilty of creativity, imagination, and just plain fun make-believe, yet that doesn't deter from the facts. LAWSUIT!™ is unique unto itself.  It’s the first board game for the entire family (targeted for ages 8 and up)

As players move around the board, they set up and run their own law offices.  Strategic decisions include whether to settle, litigate or later appeal, whether to remain in sole practice or “buy into” a law partnership, and when to end the game by reaching the final square, where “Attorney of the Year” is determined..

LAWSUIT! was created by Tina Eskreis Nelson, an attorney and a mom, as a Father's Day gift for her husband, to teach their three children a little bit about what their dad (and mom) do as attorneys. At the time, their children were 2, 4 and 5 years old, respectively, and the game was an instant hit. In fact, it was so successful with their kids and their friends (and their friends' parents, too!), decided to mass-produce it. Soon after, copyrights and a patent were obtained, and Professional Games, Inc., the company that produces LAWSUIT!™ was born.
